Service Description

We’ll create in advance before your lesson a proposal which details course objectives, grammar point that you would like to learn during your lesson. This lessons is GOLDEN as your teacher will prepare in advance materiales that will meet your requirements. One-to-one Spanish lessons are for learners that require individual tutoring. Private lessons focus on your exact learning needs and can be scheduled around your commitments. One-to-one lessons can be tailored to your needs, level and capability. Lessons are based on topics or situations that you are familiar with and enjoy. You can even help by providing some materials to make the course specific to your needs. During a one-to-one session your teacher will focus 100% on addressing your needs and you will certainly benefit from the increase in attention. We start with a Spanish Assessment Test that you will send in advance to Caramba School. We listen to what you would like to achieve, what your current capabilities are and discuss together. We’ll create a proposal which details course objectives, training design and delivery, course reporting, feedback, review and assessment processes and full costs. COURSE PLAN AND LEARNING OBJECTIVES: These are clearly set out and designed to give a clear sense of what will realistically be achieved in your course. There is flexibility and plans can be amended as the course progresses and new needs emerge.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of a lesson must be made AT LEAST 48 hours prior to the scheduled lesson time in order to receive a make-up lesson. You should need to contact your teacher via email. No shows or failure to notify the school/teacher within 24 hours is considered a forfeited lesson. There are NO refunds on unused or cancelled lessons. Make-up lessons not used after 15 days will be considered forfeited PAYMENTS Payments can be made via Visa, Mastercard, Debit or Paypal There are NO REFUNDS on unused or cancelled lessons.
